AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 9
OF THE. LAKBVILLE CITY CODE
.CONCERNING TAXICABS..
The Lakeville City Council ordains;
Section i. Title 3, Chapter 9, Section 3-9-3: TAXICAB LICENSE
FEES, TRANSFERABILITYc is amended to read as follows:
The 'applicant shall, before being ssueda license for a taxicab,
pay to the City Treasurer the license fee in an amount established by
.resolution of the City Council. Licenses shall not be transferable from
one operator to another.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediatelg upon.. its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this 4th day of December,
1989:

CONCERNING TAXICABS •
The Lakeville City Council ordains: '
Section 1. Title 3, Chapter 9, Section 3-9-3:
TAXICAB LICENSE FEES, TRANS-
FERABILITY: is amended to read as
follows:
The applicant shall, before being issued a
license for a taxicab, pay to the City
Treasurer the license fee in an amount es-
tablished by resolution of the City Council.
Licenses shall not be transferable from one
operator to another,
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective
immediately upon its passage and publica-
tion.
Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this
4th day of December, 1989.
