The Lakeville City Council ordains; Section i. Title 3, Chapter 9, Section 3-9-3: TAXICAB LICENSE FEES, TRANSFERABILITYc is amended to read as follows: The 'applicant shall, before being ssueda license for a taxicab, pay to the City Treasurer the license fee in an amount established by .resolution of the City Council. Licenses shall not be transferable from one operator to another. Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediatelg upon.. its passage and publication.
