HomeMy WebLinkAbout0374 ORDINANCE N0. 374 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 167 _ BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows: -Section 1. That. Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R7, High Density Residential District to R2, Single Family Residential District, the following described land located within the .City of Lakeville, Minnesota: See .attached legal .Section 2. The zoning .map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the. purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this. Ordinance. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication according to law. Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 1st day of May 1989.
