STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 167, THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY
AMENDING SECTION 9.15..
The City Council of the City of Lakeville does hereby ordain:.
Suction 1. Ordinance No. 167 is amended by amending Section 9.15.5
and by adding Subsection 9.15.7 to read as follows:
9.15.5 Accessory uses or equipment which generate noise may be located
in any side yard in the A-P and R-A Zoning Districts.
9.15.7 Air conditioning cooling structures or condensors may be located
in rear or side yards in all zoning districts.
Section 2. .This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its
passage and publication.
Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 2nd day of
October, 1989..

The City Council of the City of Lakeville
does hereby ordain:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 167 is amended by
