1. Open outlook inbox for "ROWM"
a. A builder is required to email the as -built survey with the Certification of Grading cover
sheet, both of these are required in order for us to process. If they are missing the cover
sheet you can reply and let them know they're missing the Certification of Grading cover
sheet. If they need a blank copy it's saved here G:1Engineering\Miscellaneous1Forms
2. Combine cover sheet and as -built survey.
3. Review
a. As -built is signed by a surveyor
b. No retaining walls are located in the d&u easements
c. 100-yr HWL of ponds don't encroach on property
4. If no issues stamp "RECEIVED" on PDF cover sheet
a. If issues reply to builder on ROWM and tell them what issues there are and see step 7.a
5. Include permit number on first page and survey size on survey
a. Open PIMS, enter the address and click "Permit Search"
b. Select the Permit that Sub Type column includes "All Inclusive"
