Agenda Item: Alan Knaeble Conditional Use Permit, 10220 Oak Shore Drive
Alan Knaeble, applicant for a conditional use permit to allow total accessory building area greater
than 1,500 square feet, has withdrawn his conditional use permit application following his
submittal of a plan for a smaller garage with a combined accessory building area less than 1,500
square feet as allowed by the Zoning Ordinance in the RS-3, Single Family Residential District. A
building permit will be required prior to construction of the new detached garage.
