HomeMy WebLinkAbout21-073CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 21-73 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF LAUNCH PARK THIRD ADDITION WHEREAS, Airlake Development, Incorporated has requested approval of the preliminary and final plat of three industrial lots and two outlots to be known as Launch Park Third Addition, legally described as follows: (See Attached Exhibit A) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing at their May 20, 2021 meeting, preceded by notice as required by the Subdivision Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and the Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources Committee unanimously recommended approval of the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, the preliminary and final plat is acceptable to the City; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: The Launch Park Third Addition preliminary plat is approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Implementation of the recommendations listed in the May 25, 2021, revised June 2, 2021 engineering report. 2. The site and building exterior shall be developed in compliance with the plans approved by the City Council and Zoning Ordinance requirements. 3. All signs shall comply with the Zoning Ordinance requirements for the I-2, General Industrial District. A sign permit shall be issued by the Planning Department prior to the installation of any signs. 4. Snow storage shall not take place in required parking spaces. 5. The building permit plans and site plans must include outdoor trash enclosure details that comply with Zoning Ordinance requirements if trash is to be stored outside. The trash enclosures shall match the exterior materials of the principal building and shall include maintenance free gates. 6. Any required Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) permit shall be obtained from the FAA prior to commencing construction.
