Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

7. Ashford Royal Cliff LLC On -Sale and Sunday Liquor License at Brianno's Chart House
Mayor Anderson opened the public hearing. George Maverick requested council approval of
an on -sale and Sunday liquor license at Brianno's Chart House, 11287 Klamath Trail. He

spoke briefly about some minor changes he plans to make at the restaurant. There were no
questions or comments from the public.
Motion was made by Hellier, seconded by Bermel, to close the public hearing.
Roll call was taken on the motion. Ayes - Bermel, Anderson, Hellier, Lee, Volk
Motion was made by Lee, seconded by Volk, to grant an on -sale and Sunday liquor license to
Ashford Royal Cliff LLC doing business as Brianno's Chart House, 11287 Klamath Trail.

8. Cordelia
Paul Heuer of Pulte Homes requested council approval of the Cordelia preliminary plat,
located south of 179th Street W. and east of Cedar Avenue.
Planning Director Daryl Morey presented the staff report and provided an overview of the
Cordelia preliminary plat, comprehensive plan amendment, easement vacation and rezoning.
The Cordelia preliminary plat consists of 171 attached townhome lots on 22.4 acres. The
preliminary plat is subject to nine stipulations as listed in the preliminary plat resolution. The
comprehensive plan amendment will re -guide a portion of the property from medium density
residential to medium/high density residential and is consistent with the housing policies and
goals of the Comprehensive Plan.
Motion was made by Bermel, seconded by Lee, to approve Resolution No. 21-61 approving
the preliminary plat of Cordelia; Resolution No. 21-62 approving an amendment to the 2040
Comprehensive Plan to re -guide property from Medium Density Residential to
Medium/High Density Residential; Resolution No. 21-63 vacating a roadway, drainage and
utility easement; Ordinance No. 1046 rezoning property from RM -2 to RM -3; and Findings of
Fact in support of the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map Amendments.

City Administrator stated the City of Lakeville did not impose a local mask mandate and
encouraged all to follow CDC guidelines.
Motion was made by Hellier, seconded by Volk, to adjourn.
Roll call was taken on the motion. Ayes - Anderson, Bermel, Hellier, Lee, Volk
The meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
