HomeMy WebLinkAbout0354 ORDINANCE NO. 354 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY.,. MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3 OF THE CITY CODE CONCERNING INTOXICATING LIQUORS. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS: Section 1. Section 3-1-8-12 (A) of the Lakeville City Code is amended to read: The licensed premises must be operated. and .managed by the license holder. The license holder may not allow a prospective actual buyer to manage or operate .the premises until that person is licensed. .The City Council, however, may approve a management agreement involving a person or entity: that. previously had an interest in the licensed premises within twenty- four (24) months prior to the date the management agreement is entered into. Section 2. Thin ordinance shall be effective immediately upon. its passage and publication. ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville this. 3rd day of October, 1988.
