AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAKEVILLE ZONING ORDINANCE TO ADDRESS
GOVERNMENTAL AND PUBLIC REGULATED BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES AS A
CONDITIONAL USE IN A B-3 OR CBD-I ZONE.
THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINING
Section 1. Section 37.2 is hereby amended by the addition of
number 7 to read as follows:
37.2 The following are permitted uses in a "B-3" District:
7) Governmental and public utility. buildings and structures..
Section 2. Section 41.2 is hereby amended by the addition of
number 4 to read as follows:
41.2 The following uses are permitted uses in a "CBD-I" District:
4) Governmental and public utility buildings and structures.
Section 3. Effect. This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this 21st day of November 1988.

A 1-3 OR CBD -I ZONE.
THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINING
Section 1. Section 37.2 is hereby amended by
the addition of number 7 to read as follows:
37.2 The following are permitted uses in a
"B-3" District:
7) Governmental and public utility buildings
and structures.
Section 2. Section 41.2 is hereby amended by
the addition of number 4 to read as follows:
41.2 The following uses are permitted uses
in a "CBD -I" District:
4) Governmental and public utility buildings
and structures.
Section 3. Effect. This Ordinance shall
become effective immediately upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this
21st day of November, 1988.
