Home My WebLink About21-089(Reserved for Dakota County Recording Information) CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 21-89 RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing preceded by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider the vacation of the following described public drainage and utility easements; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to vacate said public drainage and utility easements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: 1. The following public drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated: The North 10.0 feet of that part of Lot 4, Block 4, AIRLAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND ADDITION, Dakota County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, that lies east of the west 25.5 feet thereof, and lies west of the east 10 feet thereof. And, The South 10.0 feet of that part of Lot 5, Block 4, that lies east of the west 25.5 feet thereof, and lies west of the east 10 feet thereof 2. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the Zoning Administrator shall issue and record a zoning lot letter combining Lots 4 and 5, Block 2, Airlake Industrial Park Second Addition and Dakota County shall combine Lots 4 and 5 into a single tax parcel in conjunction with the recording of the easement vacation resolution and zoning lot letter. 3. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota County Recorder.
