HomeMy WebLinkAbout0370 ORDINANCE N0. 370 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 38, GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT, BY ADDING BOTTLED GAS SALES AS A CONDITIONAL USE. - .THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS; Section 1. Section 38.4 of the Lakeville Zoning Ordinance. is amended by adding subparagraph (2) t.o read as follows: (2) BotCled gas sales outside of activities included with motor fuel sales in Section 32.4.3(p), provided that.: a) Sales activities connected with the principal use must, constitute at least fifty (SO) percent of the gross floor area of r.he principal use. b) All flammable materials, including liquids and rags shall conform with the applicable. provisions of the. Minnesota Uniform fire .code. In addition, the condi- tional use permit shall be reviewed and subject to conditions set forth by the City Fire Marshall. c) All outside storage is prohibited. The storage of all accessory equipment related to the storage and sale of flammable fuels must be completely inside a principal or accessory building. d) The provisions of Section 4 of this Ordinance are considered and satisfactorily met. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication. ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 3rd day of April 1989.
