RESOLUTION NO. 21-129
Resolution Awarding Contract For 165th Street Watershed Drainage System Improvements
WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville received sealed bids on Monday, September 13, 2021, at 3:00
p.m. for the 165th Street Watershed Drainage System Improvements, City Project 20-45; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bid was from Ashwill Companies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lakeville,
Minnesota:
Hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all the bid requirements,
Ashwill Companies, with a bid in the amount of $222,222.00. The construction is proposed to be
completed as specified in the contract documents.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 4th day of October 2021.
