Even if it isn't the full length of a standard court. To have hoops on both sides would be fun. I like the idea of incorporating shade structures around the park for those who want to get out of the sun. The big green space is nice for playing catch, frisbee, etc.Volleyball court!!NoWater fountain or splash pad added in.YesWould like to see a full size basketball court, as well as tennis court. Would also like to see ample tree coverMore shade options. A sandbox for the kids?Hockey rinkTiny library.Off leash dog area!!Splash pad! We already have food trucks, graduation parties, etc. going on and there are A LOT of children living here. I also think a bench or two along the path near the pond would be great. There is a lot of wildlife to enjoy. Disc golf is becoming so popular...maybe a disc golf basket for practice? Great job in you plans! Can't wait to see it put to use!Playground for kidsI love the idea of a tennis court as shown in Option C. I just don’t care for the overall plan. I’d prefer to see tennis versus pickle ball because I see pickle all being a more senior activity and Pinnacle Reserve is geared more towards younger families.Community PoolMake sure swings are included in play ground areaMore trees, no extra trail loop near residentspermanent net for pickle ball!!!!Volleyball courtIce skating in the winterMore tennis courts. It is not even realistic to think that people are going to have their own pickle ball net so please have a net that will stay on the pickle ball court for Plan B.A splash pad or water feature similar to Kelly park in Apple Valley.CONCEPT C IS GOOD BUT PICKBALL COURTS IN ADDITION TO OR IN PLACE OF TENNIS COURTS. MORE OPTIONS THE BETTER.A splash pad or interactive water feature. In this neighborhood, the park should be targeted towards the kids which a tennis court is not.Nonewalking loop is great. variety of activities good. open space for walking dogs also goodLove the rock wall in concept B. Love the cornhole, ladder game, and bocce ball areas.Really like the layouts of each of these. I don’t think ladder toss is popular enough to be included.N/ASecurity cameras to discourage vandalism.LOVE the availability of tennis courts. :)Love concept c!B seems to have the most optionsLooks good other then suggestions I have added. Plan C allows for alot of open space. There would be plent of room to add a splash pad in and still have plenty of unused grass.Page 7 of 9 Pinnacle Reserve ParkResident Survey ResultsSRF Consulting Group, Inc.October 12, 2021It's good to askI don't feel there is a need for designated spots to play yard games. We don't need a concrete pad to prop our bags boards up against. Yard games should be played I'm the grass in a setting that works for the players.Love the tennis court option and cornhole. I like see additional options besides just a basketball court. Not a fan of concept A or the idea of have the play ground so closed to the water.I like all of the different amenities the park provides. I like the park shelter.N/aThere is a lot of green space. What will that be used for???I like the additional amenities like bocce ball and corn hole. The shelter should be closer to the road for access if bringing food etc for gatherings.I do not like B or C because the play structures are next to the street. Cars drive down this street too fast most of the time and I don’t want my or anyone’s kids playing g this close to the street if there’s an option to have the play structures deeper in the park.Super excitedWe will be living on Hamel Dr - excited to have amenities near our home on the west side of the parkkids playground by pond seems dangerousNoLove the playground and picnic shelter area closest to the street/homes. Easier to keep track of kids and keep them away from the water. The bags and bocce is fantastic! Very nice to have different levels of play equipment and a climbing wall....lots of opportunities for all ages. I appreciate the green space for kids to play football or frisbee. Really nicely laid out plan, by far Plan B is my favorite....and my kids are all 15+. That plan offers something to do for all ages from toddlers to adults. Excited to see it!NoneI don’t care for the restrooms being up by the street. I’d prefer more of a discreet spot for them. Portable is also not favored. We like the open concepts emphasizing green spaceMust have permanent net for pickle ball and basketball who brings their own net to a parkReally like the basketball half court!!!! Not sure about portable bathroom :/C is great!Thank youPlease tell me the basis of the playground structures are going to be that squishy soft ground and not sand or wood chips. HePICKLEBALL IS A MUST, LAKEVILLE DOESN'T HAVE MANY AND IS SUPER POPULAR YOUNG AND OLD. HAVING THE MAJORITY OF THE AMMENTIES OF THE PARK ALONG THE POND SIDE IS LESS ATTRACTIVE THEN HAVING IT ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE BY THE EXISTING TRAIL FOR SAFETY. HAVING AN ADDITIONAL TRAIL ON THE NORTH SIDE MAKES SENSE, PLAN A ISN'T MY FAVORITE IN GENERAL BUT WOULD NEED THAT ADDED FOR SURE. BAGS AND PICKLEBALL ALONG WITH BASKETBALL ARE MUSTS, BOCCE IS FUN AND IN GENERAL MORE OPTIONS THE BETTER TO KEEP KIDS BUSY AND ALLOW FOR MORE PEOPLE TO FREQUENT PARK.A lot of open lawn. Maybe add some more trees for potential shade spots for sitting out in the grass.I like the walking path to loop around and I like the bushes to separate housing provide some privacy.Plenty of treesPage 8 of 9 Pinnacle Reserve ParkResident Survey ResultsSRF Consulting Group, Inc.October 12, 2021I like the concept of having the kids play area further from the pondPlease do NOT use little rocks or wood chips! Rubber is most preferred for all kids and parents! Everything else gets messy and sloppyNAI like a path going around the whole park. I like the playground equipment being farther away from the water.I like the open grassy areas of Concept A and C at the entrance of the park.👍Would like to keep open space for playing catch, pickup baseball for older kids in neighborhood. Love tennis court on in concept C for older kids and adults. Please tell us how important the following amenities are to you and your family (1 very important, 2 somewhat important, 3 neutral, 4 not important Trails):Responses: 69Page 9 of 9
