WHEREAS, the COVID relief bill, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, was signed into law on Sunday, December 27, 2020. The legislation included several items that impacted medical flexible spending accounts (FSAs) including FSA carryover. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Lakeville approves the amendment to the City of Lakeville and Lakeville Arenas Flexible Benefits Plan.
