CITY COUNCIL CLOSED MEETING MINUTES
November 22, 2021
1. Mayor Anderson called the closed meeting to order at 7:49 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
Members present: Mayor Anderson, Council Members Hellier, Bermel, Lee, and Volk
Members absent: None.
Staff present: Justin Miller, City Administrator; Dave Olson, Community & Economic
Development Director; Allyn Kuennen, Assistant City Administrator
2. Consider an offer for the sale of property located at Oudot G, Kenwood Trail Business Park
Pursuant to Minnesota Statue 13D.05 subd. 3(b)(3). Mayor Anderson convened a closed session
at 7:49 p.m. to discuss an offer to purchase city -owned real estate legally described as Outlot G,
Kenwood Trail Business Park.
Motion by Volk, second by Hellier, to adjourn the closed session at 8:03 pm.
Roll call was taken on the motion. Ayes - Anderson, Hellier, Lee, Volk, and Bermel
3. The meeting adjourned at 8:03 p.m.
