HomeMy WebLinkAbout21-169CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION NO. 21-169 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 204B.16, subdivision 1, requires the governing body of a municipality to designate a polling place for each election precinct by December 31 for the following calendar year; and WHEREAS, polling places shall be located within the boundaries of the precinct or within one mile of one of those boundaries. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lakeville hereby designates the polling places of 18 election precincts as described on the attached exhibit for elections held in the year 2022.
