Lakeville Christian Church Public Hearing to consider the application of Lakeville Christian Church for the following, located north of Lakeville Boulevard, west of Hamburg Avenue, and south of Hartford Way: A. Preliminary plat of one lot and two outlots to be known as Lakeville Christian Church First Addition. B. Conditional use permit to allow: 1. a religious institution (church) in the RM-1, Medium Density Residential District 2. an exception to the exterior building finish requirements for an institutional (church) use 3. a fence located within the required front yard setback 6. Enclave of Lakeville Public Hearing to consider the application of Superior Contracting, Inc. for the following, located east of Kenwood Trail (CSAH 50) and north of 188th Street: A. Preliminary plat of nine single family residential lots to be known as Enclave of Lakeville B.
