Public Hearing to consider the application of Wold Architects, on behalf of Independent School
District #194 for the following, located west of Highview Avenue and south of the future extension of
185th Street (CSAH 60):
1. Preliminary plat of one lot to be known as Ninth Elementary First Addition
2. Conditional use permit to allow:
A) a public educational institution (elementary school) in the RS-3, Single Family Residential
District
B) building height in excess of 35 feet
6. Kenwood Trail Business Park Second Addition
Public Hearing to consider the application of the City of Lakeville (preliminary plat) and 4 West
Capital Development, LLC (conditional use permit) for the following, located north of Kenwood
Trail (CSAH 50) and east of Ipava Avenue:
A. Preliminary plat of two commercial lots to be known as Kenwood Trail Business Park 2nd
Addition
B. Conditional use permit for a child daycare facility in the O-R District

Public Hearing to consider the application of U.S. Home, LLC d/b/a Lennar for the following, located
east of Cedar Avenue (CSAH 23), south of 181st Street, and west of Glacier Way:
1. Preliminary plat of 154 detached townhomes lots to be known as Voyageur Farms
2. Zoning Map amendment to rezone a portion of the property from RM-2, Medium Density
Residential District to RST-2, Single and Two Family Residential District

A. The City Council meeting at which the above items may be considered will be held on
June 6, 2022
