Ayes -Anderson, Bermel, Hellier, Lee, Volk Page 3 7.Resolution 22-94 Authorizing Issuance and Sale of General Obligation Bonds, Series2022CJess Green, from Northland Securities provided the background information on Sale ofGeneral Obligation Bonds. Ms. Green pointed out some high-level detail that can be found onpage two of the executive summary.Motion was made by Bermel, seconded by Lee, to approve Resolution 22-94 AuthorizingIssuance and Sale of General Obligation Bonds, Series 2022C.Roll call was taken on the motion. Ayes -Anderson, Bermel, Hellier, Lee, Volk 8.Acknowledge Receipt of Lakeville Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the YearEnded December 31, 2021Finance Director Erickson presented the certificate of achievement for Excellence in FinancialReporting and thanked her staff for helping prepare this report. Erickson added that the Cityhas received this award for 33 years.Principal Chris Knopik from Clifton Larson Allen presented the City of Lakeville Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the year ended in December 31, 2021. Mr. Knapik reported that Lakeville received an unmodified dean audit opinion. No material weaknesses or significant deficiencies were noted. Motion was made by Bermel, seconded by Hellier, to approve Acknowledge Receipt of Lakeville Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the Year Ended December 31, 2021. Roll call was taken on the motion.
