The curb box, drain tile cleanout, and catch
basin(if applicable) must be inspected and
accepted before As-Built escrow monies will
be released. All structures must be flush
with the sod. This will be scheduled with the
landscape inspection.
*Maintain 6" between bottom of siding and sod.
*No structures in easements.
*Draintile connection required.
