Public Hearing to consider the application of Ross Hedlund, representing Twin Cities Orthopedics for a preliminary plat of one commercial lot to be known as Keswick Medical Addition, located south of 210th Street (CSAH 70) and north of Keswick Loop. 6. Lakeville Christian Church Second Addition Public Hearing to consider the application of Westwind Education Inc, dba OneSchool Global Minneapolis for the following, located north of Lakeville Boulevard, west of Hamburg Avenue, and south of Hartford Way: 1. Preliminary plat of one lot to be known as Lakeville Christian Church Second Addition 2. Conditional use permit to allow: A. a private educational institution (Grades 3-12) in the RM-1, Medium Density Residential District B. an exception to the exterior building finish requirements for an institutional (school) use 7. Staff Notices A. The City Council meeting at which the above items may be considered will be held on November 7, 2022 B. The next Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for November 3, 2022 8.
