Public Hearing to consider the application of NVA-Pet Suites for the following, located north of 185th Street (CSAH 60) and east of Orchard Trail: A. Preliminary plat of one lot to be known as Timbercrest at Lakeville 10th Addition B. Planned unit development amendment to allow an animal kennel in the Timbercrest at Lakeville PUD C. Vacation of public drainage and utility easements 6. Staff Notices A. The City Council meeting at which the above items may be considered will be held on March 6, 2023 B. The next Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for March 2, 2023 7. Adjourn
