Public Hearing to consider the application of TEG Land Holdings, LLC (Twin Cities Land Development) for the following, located north of 205th Street and west of I-35: A. Preliminary plat of 30 single family lots, 99 detached townhome (villa) lots, and 127 attached townhome units to be known as Ritter Meadows B. Vacation of a roadway easement 6. Staff Notices A. The City Council meeting at which the above item may be considered will be held on April 3, 2023. B. The next Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for April 6, 2023. 7. Adjourn
