Over the past 2-3 months, Staff and the consultants have been working on refining the master plan in preparation for creating final plans and specifications for the park which is to be constructed in 2024. Attached in your packet is the revised master plan that staff and Tim Wold of SRF Consulting will present to committee members. Also attached is some challenge course imagery so committee members have an idea of what a typical challenge course may look like. At our meeting Staff will be asking for a recommendation on the proposed Avon lea Park master plan. If you have any questions prior to the meeting, please feel free to contact me.
