a. Public Hearing on the application for Crystal Lake Golf Club LLC
for an On-sale and Sunday Gquor license
Applicant Gary Ziehr commented that they will have a new ownership group for Crystal
Lake Golf Club, LCC,but all operations will remain the same.
Mayor Hellier opened the public Hearing at 6:19 p.m.
There were no comments from the public.
Motion was made by Volk, seconded by Lee, to close the public hearing at 6:20 pm.
Voice vote was taken on the motion. Ayes - Hellier, Bermel, Lee, Volk, Wolter
Motion was made by Bermel, seconded by Volk, to grant an On-Sale and Sunday liquor
license to Crystal Lake Golf Club, LLC:
