ASSURE THAT THE FENCE, SHED OR POOL AS INSTALLED, DOES NOT ENCROACH ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTY,
OR VIOLATE ANY PRIVATE CONDITIONS, COVENANTS OR RESTRICTIONS THAT MAY APPLY. IF A FENCE IS
LOCATED WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT AND CITY ACCESS IS REQUIRED THE CITY IS NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR REMOVAL OF THE FENCE CAUSED BY ACCESSING THE DRAINAGE AND
UTILITY EASEMENT.

-Fencing surrounding swimming pools must meet pool enclosure requirements of section 11-22-5. G of the City Code as well
as general fencing requirements.
-Pool enclosure requirements include a minimum height of 4 feet, maximum 4-in ch openings, and self-closing and self-
latching gates.
