Shed - Accessory structure including roof overhangs may not be located in easements.
-Materials used must be architecturally similar to the
home. Sheds must not impede drainage.
Fence -- All of fence construction, including post foundation, must be located entirely on fence owner’s property.
Pool
-Fences connecting to an adjacent fence must get neighbor’s
permission. Fences must not impede drainage.
-The finished side/face of the fence shall face the abutting property or street.
-Fencing surrounding swimming pools must meet pool enclosure requirements of section 11-22-5. G of the City Code as well
as general fencing requirements.
-Pool enclosure requirements include a minimum height of 4 feet, maximum 4-inch openings, and self-closing and self-
latching gates.

ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING SURVEYING
The curb box, drain tile cleanout, and catch
basin(if applicable) must be inspected and
accepted before As-Built escrow monies will
be released. All structures must be flush
with the sod. This will be scheduled with the
landscape inspection.
