Home My WebLink About24-064 Resolution Approving a First Amendment to the Ritter Meadows Development Contract CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION NO. 24-064 RESOLUTION APPROVING A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE RITTER MEADOWS DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT WHEREAS, the City Council approved a final plat and Development Contract for the Ritter Meadows development on May 20, 2024 by City of Lakeville Resolution No. 24-063; WHEREAS, TCLD LF3 RITTER, LLC ("Developer") has requested some minor revisions to the Ritter Meadows Development Contract and staff recommends approval of certain revisions requested by Developer as provided in the First Amendment to Development Contract attached hereto ("First AmendmenY'). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lakeville, Minnesota as follows: 1. The First Amendment is hereby approved; and 2.
