totaling 3.0 acres to include the construction of two single-story medical clinic buildings
north of 162nd Street(CSAH 46) and west of Buck Hill Road.
Tina Goodroad, Community Development Director, provided the staff report. The
18.75-acre property was agricultural until approximately 2000, after which it was an
aggregate mining operation for approximately five years. The proposed Sundance
Lakeville medical buildings represent the first phase of development at this 18.75-acre
location. The second phase includes the development of 167 townhome units and nine
single-family homes north of the proposed medical clinic site.
The Planning Commission held a public hearing on the preliminary plat at its June 20,
2024, meeting. It recommended unanimous approval subject to the addition of a 13th
