Action Items a. Sundance Lakeville Preliminary Plat Mark A. Davis, Davis HRE representatives have submitted preliminary plat and final plat applications and plans for Sundance Lakeville, which proposes two commercial lots totaling 3.0 acres to include the construction of two single-story medical clinic buildings north of 162nd Street(CSAH 46) and west of Buck Hill Road. Tina Goodroad, Community Development Director, provided the staff report. The 18.75-acre property was agricultural until approximately 2000, after which it was an aggregate mining operation for approximately five years. The proposed Sundance Lakeville medical buildings represent the first phase of development at this 18.75-acre location. The second phase includes the development of 167 townhome units and nine single-family homes north of the proposed medical clinic site. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on the preliminary plat at its June 20, 2024, meeting. It recommended unanimous approval subject to the addition of a 13th stipulation requiring establishing an access and maintenance agreement for the private road outlining responsibilities for permanent road maintenance. Motion was made by Wolter, seconded by Volk,to approve the Sundance Lakeville Preliminary Plat. Roll call was taken on the motion. Ayes - Hellier, Bermel, Lee, Volk, Wolter 8. Unfmished Business 9.
