HomeMy WebLinkAbout0851142871v01 RNK: 12/10/2008 ORDINANCE NO. 851 CITY OF LAKEVILLE COUNTY OF DAKOTA, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 11 OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE, THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CONCERNING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR THE SPIRIT OF BRANDTJEN FARM THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Ordinance 787 established a Planned Unit Development District for the Spirit of Brandtjen Farm "PUD The PUD regulations are amended as follows: (1) The Spirit of Brandtjen Farm Planned Unit Development Plan booklet dated June 20, 2005 "Plan") is hereby amended by replacing Page 9.2, Phase I Preliminary Garage and Driveway Placement, with the amended Preliminary Garage and Driveway Placement Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A. The amended Plan corrects designations of lot types as Carriage, Traditional and Estate lots according to their size and as further described in the Lot Type Designation Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B. (2) The minimum setback between twinhomes in the Spirit of Brandtjen Farm Planned Unit Development is reduced from twenty feet (20') to fourteen feet (14'), except for the following lots: Lots 3 through 8, Block 9, Spirit of Brandtjen Farm 2nd Addition Lots 1 through 3, Block 1, Spirit of Brandtjen Farm Lakepointe Addition Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Spirit of Brandtjen Farm Lakepointe Addition The minimum setback between twinhomes in the Spirit of Brandtjen Farm Planned Unit Development is reduced from twenty feet (20') to nineteen feet (19') for Lots 6 through 8, Block 3, Spirit of Brandtjen Farm Lakepointe Addition. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication. This ordinance amends the City's Zoning Ordinance concerning the planned unit development district for the Spirit of Brandtjen Farm. The amendment changes designations of lot types in the PUD as Carriage, Traditional and Estate lots according to their size as described in the Lot Type Designation Schedule. The amendment also reduces the required setbacks between twinhome buildings in the Spirit of Brandtjen Farm PUD. A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City Clerk's regular office hours.
