Resolution Awarding Professional Services Agreement
to Twin Cities Abatement Technologies for
Abatement Activities at 7777 214�' Street (site of future FiRST Center)
City Project 25-12
WHEREAS,the City of Lakeville received quotes for the abatement of asbestos containing and/or
regulated materials to the existing building located 7777 214�h Street (site of future FiRST Center),
City Project 25-12;and
WHEREAS,the lowest responsible quote was from Twin Cities Abatement Technologies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lakeville,
Minnesota:
Hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible quoter that meets all the quote requirements,
Twin Cities Abatement Technologies, with a quote in the amount of $18,750.00. The work is
proposed to be completed as specified in the contract documents.
