HomeMy WebLinkAbout1112 ORDINANCE NO. 1112 CITY OF LAI�VII,LE DAKOTA COUNTY,NIINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAKEVILLE ZONING MAP RELATED TO TRADITION DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS: Section 1. The legal description of the property is attached as Exhibit A. Section 2.The property as shown on Exhibit B is hereby rezoned from C-3,General Commercial District to RM-3,Medium Density Residential District;RA,Rural/Agriculture District to RS-4, Single Family Residential District;RA, Rural/Agriculture District to RST- 2, Single and Two-Family Residential District and RA, Rural/Agriculture District to RM- 3,Medium Density Residential. Section 3.The Zoning Map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning,but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the Zoning Map on file in the City Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made part of this Ordinance. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, publication, and the City Council approval of the final plat of the parcels indicated in E�d�►ibit A.
