Density Residential, and Medium/High Density Residential; and a Zoning Map amendment
to rezone properties from C-3, General Commercial District to RM-3, Medium Density

Holdings 1, LLC for a Comprehensive Plan amendment to bring approximately 120 acres

amendment to re-guide property from Office Park to Warehouse/Light Industrial District,
and a Zoning Map amendment to rezone property from O-P, Office Park District to I-1,
Light Industrial District.
