a. Consider the 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)

a. North Creek Second Addition - To be tabled to the October 2, 2025 Planning
Commission meeting
Consider the application of KJ Walk, Inc. for a preliminary plat of 47 single family
residential lots to be known as North Creek Second Addition. This is a re-approval of
the previously-approved North Creek preliminary plat.
b. Chart House
Consider the application of George Maverick/Chart House for a conditional use
permit to exceed impervious surface in the shoreland overlay district and a variance
from the required setback from Kingsley Lake, located at 11287 Klamath Trail.
c. Launch Park Fourth Addition
Consider the application of Lakeville Flexspace, LLC for a preliminary plat and
development plans for a one lot, one outlot subdivision to be known as Launch Park
Fourth Addition.
