SURVEYOR'S NOTES:

2. The bearing system is based on the north line of Lot 3, Block
2, BERRIES RIDGE 8TH ADDITION, which is assumed to bear
South 89 degrees 45 minutes 30 seconds East.
3. Field work was completed 12/13/2024 & 9/23/2025.
4. The building and exterior dimensions of the outside wall at
ground level are shown on the survey. It may not be the
foundation wall.
5. No specific soils investigation has been completed on this lot
