CITY OF LAKEVILLE
RESOLUTION NO.26-005
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT
OF HERITAGE COMMONS lOTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the owner of the property described as HERITAGE COMMONS lOTH
ADDITION has requested final plat approval; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing concerning the preliminary plat was reviewed by the Lakeville
Planning Commission in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.357 Subd. 3;
WHEREAS,the final plat is consistent with the preliminary plat approved by the City Council;
and
WHEREAS,the final plat is acceptable to the City.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The Heritage Commons 10�'Addition final plat is approved subject to the development
contract, security requirements and the recommendations and requirements listed in
the Engineering Division memorandum dated November 24,2025.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the final plat mylars,
development contract, and all documents pursuant to the approved development
contract.

3. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota
County Recorder.
4. Outlot B shall be combined by administrative subdivision with the property to the north
located at 20120 Dodd Blvd.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council on this 5`t' day of January 2026.
