RESOLUTION NO.26-006
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF
PUTRAH SHORES
WHEREAS,the owner of the plat described as Putrah Shores has requested preliminary
and final plat approval; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat was reviewed by the Planning Commission and
recommended for approval on December 18> 2025; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary and final plat meets Subdivision Ordinance requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The Property Data and Asset/Infrastructure Management fee and any other fees related thereto
for a one lot plat shall be required to be paid prior to the release of the final plat for recording.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the final plat mylars.
3. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota
County Recorder.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 5`�day of January 2026.
