RESOLUTION NO. 26- 0� _
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
NORTH RYAN SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the owner of the plat described as North Ryan Second Addition has
requested final plat approval; and
WHEREAS,the preliminary plat was reviewed by the Planning Commission and
recommended for approval on January 4,2024; and
WHEREAS, the final plat is consistent with the preliminary plat approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the final plat meets Subdivision Ordinance requirements; and
WHEREAS, the final plat is acceptable to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The North Ryan Second Addition final plat is hereby approved subject to Developer
executing a Development Contract for the plat and any other agreements related
thereto and recording the Development Contract simultaneously with the plat.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the final plat mylars, subject
to the terms provided under Paragraph 1 of this Resolution.
3. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota
County Recorder.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 20t''day of January 2026.
