was conducted by me or under my direct supervision and that the as -built grades,

grading plan approved by the City Engineer or amendments previously approved by the
City Engineer. In addition, all property comer monuments are in place as of this date.
I hereby certify that this survey plan or report was prepared by me or under my direct
supervision and that I am a duly Licensed Land Surveyor under the laws of the State of
Minnesota.
