The following is a list of possible agenda items to be considered at upcoming Planning Commission
meetings:
• Haven at Lake Marion preliminary plat
• Globus Transport preliminary plat
• Lakeville 35 Logistics Center South Addition preliminary plat
The following items were approved by the City Council at the February 2, 2026 City Council meeting.
• 2040 Comprehensive Plan and Ordinance Amendment for Lennar
• Conditional Use Permit for 19730 Judicial Rd
• Conditional Use Permit for Lakeville Soccer Club at 21300 Juniper Way
The following items were approved by the City Council at the February 17, 2026 City Council meeting.
• Conditional Use Permit for CA Commercial Development (Panera)
• Ordinance Amendments to Title 9 and Title 11 regarding Short Term Rentals
