Members of the public can participate in person at Lakeville City Hall. The Planning Commission meeting can be viewed via web
stream at Lakevillemn.gov/LiveTV or live on Spectrum cable channel 180. The Chair will allow for public comments and questions
at the appropriate time.

b. Preliminary plat and conditional use permit for Lakeville 35 Logistics Center South
Addition
6. Staff Notices
a. The City Council meeting at which the above items may be considered will be held
on April 6, 2026.
b. The next Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for April 2, 2026.
