AN OR DINANCE AMENDING THE LAKEVILLE ZONING MAP RELATED
TO HAV EN AT LAK E MAR ION SUB D IV IS ION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Th e leg a I d esc rip tion of th e p roperty is attached as
Exhibit A.
Section 2.The property is hereby rezoned from RS-3,Single Fam ily
Residential District, R ST-2, Single- and Two-Fam ily Residential District,
and R M -1, Medium Density Residential Districtto R ST-2, Single-and Two-
Fam ily Residential District.
Section 3. The Zoning Map of the City of Lakeville shall not be
repub lished to show th e a foresa id rezon ing, bu t th e C ity C lerk sh a II
appropriately mark the Zoning Map on file in the City Clerk's office for
the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this
O rdinance, and all of the notations, references and other inform ation
shown th ereon a re h ereby in corpora ted b y referen c e a nd m ad e p a rt of
th is O rdinance.
Section 4. Th is O rd in an ce sh a II be effec tive u pon its pa ssag e,
publication, and the City Council approval of the final plat of the parcels
indicated in Exhibit A.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 4t'' day of May 2026.
