RESOLUTION NO. 26-069
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS
FOR THE NEW FIRE STAION TWO CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, RJM Construction, as the City of Lakeville's Construction Manager at Risk received
sealed bids on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. for the new Fire Station Two construction.
WHEREAS, Exhibit A attached hereto lists the lowest responsible bidder for each portion of the
construction of the new fire station building; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota
does hereby acknowledge acceptance of the bids as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council on this 181h day of May 2026.
