Call to order, moment of silence and flag pledge Mayor Hellier called the meeting to order at 6 PM. 2. New Police Officer Introductions Police Chief Brad Paulson presented seven new police officers to the City Council. b. Fire Department Quarter One Presentation Fire Chief Mike Meyer presented the Fire Department Quarterly Update to Council. c. Business Spotlight—Lakeview Bank Community Development Director Tina Goodroad presented a business spotlight of Lakeview Bank to the City Council. She was joined by Mike Puppe of Lakeview Bank. 6. Interstate South Logistics Park Fourth Addition preliminary plat and conditional use permit Jake Kurth of Scannell Properties addressed the Council regarding the agenda item. Goodroad presented the staff report to Council. Motion was made by Wolter, seconded by Volk, to approve the following: Interstate Logistics Park Fourth Addition Preliminary Plat and Conditional Use Permit. Roll call was taken on the motion.
