RESOLUTION NO.26- 011
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF AUTHENTIX LAKEVILLE
SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, EB Lakeville Development LLC has requested preliminary plat approval of
three outlots to be known as Authentix Lakeville Second Addition, legally described as Outlot A,
Authentix Lakeville; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing at its June 4, 2026 meeting,
preceded by notice as required by the Subdivision Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the preliminary plat;
and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat meets Subdivision Ordinance requirements and is
acceptable to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
The Authentix Lakeville Second Addition preliminary plat is hereby approved subject to
the following conditions:
1. Implementation of the recommendations listed in the engineering report dated
May 28, 2026, revised 5, 2026.
2. The wetland delineation must be completed and approved prior to City Council
consideration of the final plat.
3. A stormwater maintenance agreement shall be approved by the City Council with
the approval of the final plat.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 1511 day of June 2026.
