RESOLUTION NO. 26-082
Resolution Approving a Grant Agreement with the Metropolitan Council
for the 2026-2028 Water Efficiency Grant
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has awarded the City of Lakeville $48,000 in funding for
the 2026-2028 Water Efficiency Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville shall match $12,000 (20% of award) in funding; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville shall follow grant administrative and reporting criteria outlined
in the grant program overview; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville,
Minnesota:
1. The City of Lakeville shall enter into an agreement with the Metropolitan Council for the
2026-2028 Water Efficiency Grant, a copy of which was before the Council.
2. The proper City officials are authorized to execute such agreement, and any amendments
thereto.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 151h day of June 2026.
