RESOLUTION NO.26- 0 8 3
RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC STREET RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing, preceded by two (2) weeks
published notice, to consider the following described public street right of way, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to approve
the public street right of way vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The public street right of way for 2071h Street described in Exhibit A is hereby vacated.
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota
County Recorder.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 151h day of June 2026.

U.S. Government Survey thereof, Dakota County, Minnesota.
RIGHT-OF-WAY TO BE VACATED:
That part of Parcel 40, as shown on Dakota County Road Right of Way Map No. 300, according to the recorded map thereof, Dakota
County, Minnesota lying north of the following described line:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Parcel 41 as shown on said Dakota County Road Right of Way Map No. 300; thence South 88
degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 80.01 feet to a corner of said Parcel 40 on the north line of the south 110.00 feet
of the East Half of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 114 North, Range 21 West and said line there
terminating. For purposes of this legal, said north line of the south 110.00 feet of the East Half of the West Half of the Southeast
Quarter is assumed to bear North 89 degrees 34 minutes 51 seconds East.
Said easement contains approximately 26,184 square feet.
