DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 26-Octo
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
LAKEVILLE 35 LOGISTICS CENTER SOUTH ADDIITON
WHEREAS, the owner of the plat described as Lakeville 35 Logistics Center South Addition
has requested final plat approval; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat was reviewed by the Planning Commission and approved
by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the final plat is consistent with the preliminary plat approved bythe City Council;
and
WHEREAS, the final plat meets Subdivision Ordinance requirements; and
WHEREAS, the final plat is acceptable to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The Lakeville 35 Logistics Center South Addition final plat is hereby approved
subject to Developer executing a Development Contract for the plat, special
assessment agreement and any other agreements related thereto in a form
approved by the City Council and recording the agreements simultaneously with
the plat.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the final plat mylars,
development contract, stormwater maintenance agreement, and all documents
pursuant to the approved development contract
3. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota
County Recorder.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 20th day of July 2026.
