CITY OF LAKEVILLE
RESOLUTION NO. 26-104
RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing, preceded by two (2) weeks
published notice, to consider vacating the platted right of way as described in Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to vacate said
right of way.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The public right of way legally described in Exhibit A and as shown on Exhibit B is
hereby vacated.
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota
County Recorder.
