Home My WebLink About99-145B Y i CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION DATE: June 7, 1999 RESOLUTION NO. 99-145B MOTION BY Luick SECONDED BY Sindt RESOLUTION VACATING SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS • WHEREAS, the Plannin Commission has conducted a public hearing, preceded 9 by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider the following described drainage, utility, and sanitary sewer easement and public street right-of-way vacation; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to approve the drainage, utility, and sanitary sewer easement and public street right-of- way vacation; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: 1. That part of the sanitary sewer easements described on Document No. 1311113 and Document No. 1311115, as recorded in Dakota County, Minnesota, as contained within and shown on ZWEBER FARM SIXTH and ZWEBER FARM SEVENTH, according to the recorded plats thereof as described in attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B". • 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the County Recorder. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7t" day of June, 1999.
